SCW (Single-Cell Whole-genome) is a computational method to reconstruct high-resolution 3D whole-genome structures based on the zero-inflated single-cell Hi-C data.
The C++ source code and a user manual of SCW can be downloaded from here. You can also find the source code and documentation on GitHub.
